				PACE Coaches
					The coaching staff of the PACE team is dedicated to training swimmers to the highest level of competitive swimming that each individual can attain.  We believe that all swimmers can improve their technique, and times every season.      Head Coach: Keith J. Gast.  Keith coaches the Senior Blue, Senior Gold and Shark teams for PACE.      Age Group Coach: Jan Astel.  Jan coaches the Penguin and Dolphin groups primarily.      Assistant Senior Coach: Michael Dennis.  Michael works with the Senior and Shark groups during the winter season.      Volunteer Coaches:      David Blankenbeker.  In addition to serving as the team president, David volunteers to help with the Senior and Shark groups as needed.      Bev Hennegan.  Bev hels with the Penguin and Dolphin groups when needed.      Dennis Dixon.  Dennis helps with all groups as needed.      Veronica Prechtel.  Veronica coaches the Senior Gold, Shark, Dolphin and Penguin teams on different nights.  She is currently on leave taking care of her sons Leo and Thomas.
